Well, officially, I’ve been awake for over an hour now, and so far there are no ill effects that I can report on, so here is the plan for today…
After I have the rest of my water and cup of coffee, I’ll go upstairs, take my shower and head out to the post office and to get an ” Air Filter ” for our furnace and then come home and wake the wife up.
I will be updating on twitter and in ” Lew Journal ” when I able to as to any ill effects from this fast and anything that I think can be CSS related.
First, I have to apologize to everyone for not being here over the past few days, but between work commitments and just not feeling well due to my CSS acting up, it’s been an effort just to do one or two things around my home over the past two days ( including today ) so as I have been saying for a while now, try not to let the disease control you…but when it does, do what you can, and continue onward folks!

And the thought came to mind about the ” Tapering of Prednisone ” after I had seen it discussed on one of the online support forums…I thought that we should take a closer look at what I feel is one of the most important areas of concern for the CSS diagnosed person, as Prednisone is one of the mainstay medications that are used in order to control CSS
