My Best Five Articles of 2009

Posted by Lew on January 24, 2010

Hi and thanks so much for returning to my blog. RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

Well, 2009 has come and gone and I thought I should take a look back at Five of The Best Posts Of 2009

So here’s my list and I’m sticking to it…

#5-Positive Thoughts Begin With Positive Inspiration!

The Experiment Begins- This was the beginning of a month long experiment into how the mind effects the outcome called Positive Mental Outlook. This experiment was mostly kept track of in Lew’s Journal, and was the only experiment of 09.

#4-A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To…STRESS!

This was a listed post about five different things you can do to deal with stress.

#3-Some Useful Diabetic Information

Back in August of 08, I was diagnosed as being ” Pre-Diabetic ” and I finally was able to do a post about some useful info for a newly diagnosed diabetic patient. I might want to go back and see if I still am considered pre-diabetic or not. This was one of those areas that I myself did not followup with and stay on top of…of course the money factor also played ( and still ) plays a part in this as to what I consider a necessity and what ids something I can possibly put off until a later date.

#2-My Churg Strauss News Article

This article that ran in July of last year, was my actual start as far as spreading awareness was concerned and when I decided to start a support group for Vasculitis.

#1-The H1N1 Swine Flu Shot: The Debate Continues

Toward the end of last year, I did a few great posts but what I found caused the most conversation was this one, and there is still debate continuing even after this post was created back in November, and with good reason.

The H1N1 Virus was a lot of things to a lot of people.whether you decided to have the shot yourself or whether you did not allow your child to have it, and the fact that the manufacturer actually had stated in it’s accompanying papers that the vaccine might just cause vasculitis…and I’ve only been taking this vaccine since it’s been available…it just makes you wonder doesn’t it?

Okay, so that’s my Five Best Articles of 2009, and I am looking forward to the end of this year, just to see what I put on for my 2010 list.
