I just stumbled upon this article from the ” Nutrition Action Healthletter ” called the 10 Worst and Best Foods, and I’m not going to list all of the foods on the list, but I will touch on a few from both lists..

Well, 2009 has come and gone and I thought I should take a look back at Five of The Best Posts Of 2009

Hello all!
As I hide in my office, somewhat ensconced in the safety and solitude of it’s four corners as my wife continues her cleaning of the house efforts ( I mean to say ” Rampaging Efforts ” ) I write this little update to my earlier post titled Brazen Stupidity.
Well, I went about the task of replacing my stolen Blackberry, and what an effort it turned out to be.
I took all my paperwork to Best Buy, which meant schlepping the original bag that contained everything pertaining to my original purchase.
As I walked in thru the now familiar sliding glass doors, I was immediately greeted by one of their door people ( you know, the guy that ought to be working the the door at the sleaziest bar you can think of, but they wouldn’t hire him there! ) and he nods his head at me, as he gives me a sticker to go about my business in his store.
